摘要

本文报道采用穴位电刺激法与传统针刺法治疗面瘫240例临床疗效比较

其中电刺激组200例

取特定两组穴位使用电脉冲刺激疗法;针刺组40例

按常规取穴治疗。结果表明

电刺激组疗效高于针刺组。治愈率:电刺激组为93.0%

针刺组为67.5%(P<0.005)

有极显著差异。疗程比较

电刺激组疗程短

见效快

具有无痛无创伤

刺激量可控

患者易接受等特点。
