摘要

２３例急性脑出血患者，头穴针刺即刻效应同时进行了体感诱发电位ＳＥＰ研究。结果显示正常组左、右侧及脑出血健侧三组之间比较均未见显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。而脑出血瘫肢ＳＥＰ总异常率为１００％。表现Ｐ１５以后波幅消失，峰潜伏期延长或波幅低平，而针刺即刻使ＳＥＰ缺失波幅恢复，低波幅增高，潜伏期缩短（Ｐ＜０．０５－０．０１）。与临床即刻效应结果相一致。
