摘要

100例中枢性失语患者针刺语门穴前后检测全血还原粘度、血浆粘度比、红细胞电泳、血球压积、血沉(文氏)等指标。结果发现

针刺后所测得的上述指标均低于治疗前指标。经统计学处理

除血沉无显著意义外

其它指标均有显著差异(P<0.05～0.01)。因而认为

针刺舌体语门穴可降低血液粘稠度

由此改善微循环

增加脑血流量及氧的供应

进而促进语言功能的完善。
