摘要

慢性酒精中毒引起的多发性神经炎

临床表现以感觉障碍为主

肢体远端对称性疼痛

下肢较上肢为重

手足麻木

针刺感及感觉异常。有套状感

严重者垂足

垂腕。"跨阈"步态

肌萎缩

肌软弱无力

腓肠肌压痛明显

疼痛较为剧烈

难以忍受

用西药及中药治疗效果欠佳

笔者采用电针治疗30例取得了较好疗效

现报告如下。
