摘要

老年痴呆症是老年期特有的疾病

以记忆力障碍和智能减退为主要特征

严重者导致生活自理能力丧失

造成家庭和社会的严重负担。随着社会人口结构日益老龄化

老年痴呆症发病率呈增长趋势

被列入老年病学研究的重要课题之一。我们自1988年起探索性运用针刺结合乙酰谷酰胺穴位注射的方法治疗38例老年痴呆症

临床分析发现脑血管性痴呆是针刺的有效适应证

现将有关观察结果报道如下:
