我院自1972年首次应用针麻施行体外循环心内直视术取得成功后

并于1978年进行230例总结。我们认为针麻的特点是神志清楚

对循环影响较小

术后无肺部并发症

但优良率为69.2%。因此

针麻效果是目前存在的主要问题。本文研究目的是进一步提高效果

并将针麻体外循环心内直术的方法加以规范化。
