摘要

观察30例冠心病患者针刺前后血清5—HT、5—HIAA 含量的变化

结果表明冠心病患者血清5—HT、5—HIAA 均显著高于健康对照组

针刺治疗后5—HT、5—HIAA 显著降低

显著低于对照组。提示针刺具有对冠心病患者5—HT 的调整作用

并能改善冠状动脉的痉挛和闭塞。
