摘要

笔者20年来

对300例周围性面瘫患者用针、电、药综合方法进行治疗

效果满意

总结如下。临床资料 300例患者中

男180例

女120例;年龄最小者1岁零2个月

最大者76岁

以18～40岁者较多;病程最短5天

最长一年。病因:周围性面瘫多由于急性非化脓性茎乳突孔内的面神经炎所引起。面部受冷风侵袭常为诱因。表现:发病突然

初期有耳后疼痛
