冲脉的循行颇为复杂

历代文献记载又不尽一致

以使后学者很难适从

而循行分布与其功能又有着十分密切的联系

因此

有必要对古代文献有关的记载进行整理

加以闸明。古代医家对冲脉的功能作了详尽的描述
