男201例

女299例;年龄最小者32岁

最大者69岁;患病部位:右肩312例

左肩156例

双肩32例;发病1个月左右者222例

2个月左右者142例

3个月～6个月者98例

2年以上者38例。为了与其它原因引起的肩部疼痛相区别
