摘要

类风湿性关节炎(以下简称 RA)

是一种以关节病变为主的慢性全身性疾病。祖国医学称为"痹证"

是致残较高的自身免疫性疾病。我科自1988至1990年对434例 RA 患者进行疗效观察

同时做了体液免疫、细胞免疫及微量元素等实验室观察

从而认识到针灸对RA 免疫系统起着重要的调节作用。本文重点介绍临床疗效观察

现总结分析如下。
