压痛点是医生在病人身体某部肌肉、皮肤上经过按压反应出来的痛觉或敏感点。它出现在非经穴点上时

如背俞、原穴、募穴、郄穴是压痛点最容易出现的地方。压痛点除了充实和辅助诊断外

临床上往往在压痛点施以刺灸、按摩、封闭疗法、水针疗法等
