我们以往的工作证明

氦-氖激光穴位照射可显著提高人体的基础痛阈

具有明显的镇痛效应

并成功的应用氦-氖激光穴位照射加硬膜外复合麻醉行胃大部切除术。在此基础上

我们在针麻疝修补术临床研究中

为了提高镇痛效果

探索针麻新方法

采用氦-氖激光穴位照射加切口局部穴位电针复合麻醉(简称激光—针麻)下行疝修补术进行了临床效果观察

并与单纯针麻和局麻进行对照

取得了满意的效果

现报告如下。
