摘要

崇骨穴

位于第六、七颈椎棘突间凹陷中。施治时患者坐于椅子上

头微低

取1.5寸毫针直刺0.5～1寸

得气后大幅度捻转7～8次

当针下产生温热感后手法宜缓

并嘱患者"深吸气-屏气-深吸气"

如此8～10次

留针20分钟。本组32例

针刺后全部呃逆立止

观察数小时不再发作。如某女因饮洒呛咳而呃逆

持续24小时

影响进食与说话

肌注阿托品与针刺内关均无效

用本法一针立止

观察数小时未再发。
