摘要

针灸在临床上的疗效

很多涉及机体的免疫功能的改变

而针灸对免疫功能上的调节机理鲜为人知。作者在1986年曾提出针灸很可能通过针刺介质-内源性阿片肽的释放调整免疫功能的机理

该文已提示在针刺家兔"内关"穴从中枢到外周的同步观察中可见在尾核、海马、丘脑有亮脑啡肽(LEK)含量的增高

在外周有垂体及血浆内的LEK增高

而肾上腺髓质内的LEK则在针刺后下降

提示了在针刺过程中在不同脑区以及垂体等组织有阿片样肽的合成或释放增加

而肾上腺體质很可能是血液中LEK的直接来源。上述实验结果
