摘要

脾胃经穴主治广泛

受到历代医家所重视。笔者总结了建国以来百余篇文献

对脾胃经穴主治疾病的规律做了较全面的探讨。消化系统疾病胃肠炎分急慢二类。急性单用针刺就可以获得满意疗效。临床报道多用天枢、足三里、上巨虚等穴

用泻法或强刺激

多在1-3次治愈。有人对照观察针刺或穴注与药物疗法三者的作用

证明刺激穴位法优于内服药物。慢性胃肠炎主要表现为胃脘胀满、便溏、纳少。田氏报道用辨证论治法
