摘要

慢性肺原性心脏病是临床常见疾病之一

其急性发作时

病死率相当高

因此

积极治疗该病急发期是降低病死率的关键。1987年～1988年我们共收治了60例肺心病急性发作期的患者

随机分为治疗组(刺络放血+西药)和对照组(西药)
