摘要

自1987年以来

我们在硬膜外麻醉的基础上

结合小剂量安定内关穴注射

用以预防阑尾切除术中的牵拉反应

取得了满意的效果

现报告如下。临床资料与方法一、一般资料:将62例阑尾切除术病人

随机分为安定注射组(简称安注组)和对照
