摘要

皮质盲是枕叶皮质受到毒素影响或血管痉挛缺氧而引起的中枢性视功能障碍

双眼可以毫无光感

但瞳孔对光反射依然存在

眼底也没有明显改变

西医一般采用皮质激素及扩血管药物治疗

但疗效不佳。笔者从1980年开始使用针刺内睛明穴为主治疗本病50例

疗效颇佳

现介绍如下。
