痛反应是一种生理性的防御机能

但异常的痛觉过敏或迟钝则是病理现象。临床上许多慢性关节炎患者常常有痛觉异常或麻木感

在慢性关节炎大鼠的关节局部也出现痛反应迟钝的现象

因此

我们用慢性关节炎大鼠为模型
