运化失调:面色萎黄或有白斑("虫斑")

形体消瘦

食欲异常或食欲不振或嗜食无度

不知饥饱

或喜吃异物(喜吃泥土等杂物)

头晕

恶心

呕吐

口流清涎

夜眠磨齿

大便或稀或干

有时排虫

绕脐腹痛

久则肚腹胀大

青筋暴露

烦燥不安

舌苔白腻

脉弦滑

指纹紫滞。④脾虚夹滞、虚实夹杂:面色萎黄

形体消瘦
