摘要

偏头痛是一种病因尚未完全明确的临床常见综合征。其主要特点是发作性剧烈头痛

多局限于单侧

常伴有恶心

呕吐

还可有视觉方面等先兆

多在青春期发作。对于本病的治疗

至今仍无理想的药物。笔者从1965年春至1987年元月

用针刺翳风穴治疗偏头痛150例

同时实验观察了针刺前、中、后部分病人脑血流图的变化。通过治疗该病的临床观察表明

效果较为显著

现报告如下。
