举痛论》载:"寒气容于肠胃之间

血不得散

小络急引故痛

按之则气血散

故按之痛止"。这很可能是对指针疗法原理的最早理解。嗣后

葛洪《肘后备急方》有"令爪其病人人中

取醒"以救卒死的记载。明
