一是精神性

二是器质性。在收治时首先要鉴别究竟是精神性还是器质性阳萎。鉴别的办法可以观察夜间有无勃起

尤其是在晨起憋尿的情况下有无勃起

器质性阳萎始终是阴茎萎软
