女阴营养障碍性白色病(俗称外阴白斑病)

是妇科常见病之一。该病系由多种因素诱致外阴神经血管功能失调

以致局部皮肤粘膜发生营养障碍性改变

而出现外阴脱色变白

萎缩干裂、角化增生等一系列病理改变。病人自觉痒痛难忍

坐卧不宁

缠绵难愈。目前尚缺特效疗法

病人颇感痛苦。该病在祖国医学中属"阴痒"、"阴疮"、"阴蚀"的范畴

多因肝肾不足

湿邪蕴结

气血失和
