摘要

我们以往的实验证明

针刺镇痛时大鼠脑内5-羟色胺(5-HT)的代谢发生明显的变化。也有许多报告认为中枢乙酰胆碱(Ach)是加强针刺镇痛的一个重要因素。在本工作中

我们观察了大鼠腹腔注射Ach 毒蕈碱型受体阻断剂阿托品对电针镇痛效应及其脑内5-HT 和它的主要代谢产物5-HIAA 含量变化的影响

以便进一步证明 M 型乙酰胆碱受体在电针镇痛中的作用及其对脑内5-HT 代谢的调节。
