摘要

小儿麻痹(脊髓灰质炎)后遗症属中医"瘘症"范畴。该病发病后有1%～1‰出现肌肉萎缩或麻痹等后遗证

据不完全统计全国有后遗症患者300万

并仍有散发病例。从1972～1985年底

我们根据"治痿独取阳明"的治病原则

根据患者病变肌肉所属经络

结合麻痹肌肉的分布和运动功能状态辨证选择有关经和穴

对1000例患者

采用电排针治疗方法

取得了比较满意的疗效。其中41例还进行了治疗前后的肋电和部分血液生化变化观察。现将研究情况报道如下。
