现知道传递伤害性信息细纤维神经末梢释放的神经递质是P物质

因此针刺镇痛和脊髓水平P物质的关系是需要作进一步的探讨。脊髓背角胶状质有众多的脑肼肽神经元

针刺镇痛是和脊髓水平的脑肼肽有关的

很有必要研究针刺镇痛过程中这二种神经递质的关系。
