摘要

惯用药麻碘油等支气管造影术

以充盈像为诊断依据。亦有某些学者研究管壁轮廓像即支气管粘膜像。就诊断价值而言

后者较前者为佳

但尚有不足之处

故未能推广应用。为此

笔者以中西医药结合的"针麻白芨钡胶浆支气管造影术"。由于在针麻下

以一剂造影剂

既获得终末细支气管的充盈像

而不进入肺泡(简称充盈像)

又有完整的气管、支气管粘膜轮廓像(简称轮廓像)总称"双像造影"和造影剂排空快等优点

有利于对隐性肺癌和周边型肺癌等病的早期诊断。在此就经手
