摘要

补泻在针灸治疗中占有相当重要的地位。古人对补泻极为讲究

认为针灸有效与否决定于补泻是否适当。补泻方法自古以来经过长期的演变

形成了多种不同方式。其中有些是结合了自然哲学观念演释而成。有些是个别独创

巧立名目。但大多数的补泻手法都是根据《内经》的:"盛(实)者泻之

虚者补之"这一原则。所谓实

是指邪气旺盛;所谓虚

是指正气衰
