用针灸预防急症

在我国已有两千余年历史。早在《黄帝内经》中

就明确提到"病虽未发

见赤色刺之

名曰治未病"(《素问·刺热》)。历代医著如《肘后方》、《千金方》及《针灸大成》等

均有不少记载。总结古今医家这方面成果

对促进针灸预防急症的进一步发展

丰富现代预防医学的内容

都将有所裨益。一、内科急症预防 (一)中风:中风的针灸预防首见千唐·孙思邈之《备急千金要方》"惟风宜防耳

针耳前动脉及风府神良"。除针刺好

其还提到艾灸和药物合用亦有效果:"夫诸急卒病多是风

初得轻微

人所不悟

宜速与续命汤

依输穴灸之"。在明代《针灸大成》
