摘要

发热惊厥是小儿多种发热性疾病都可能出现的一个共同症状。有人做过调查

热惊厥发生癫痫的发病率为正常人群的数倍至二百倍。由于长时间热惊厥是引起颞叶癫痫的主要因素

所以及时控制抽搐的发作

采用措施不使热惊厥再次发生

将会大大减低癫痫的发病率。我科自1980年3月以来

对发热惊厥患儿

采用针刺百会穴长时间留针法进行治疗

5年来共治疗百余例

现将观察两年以上40例患儿治疗结果报告如下。
