摘要

近年来

神经生物学多方面的研究都表明了垂体参与了针刺镇痛与疼痛的过程

并可能起积极的主导作用。如:易庆成等认为

电针镇痛后大鼠垂体中OLS 含量显著减少

可能是与其分泌增多

利用率增强有关。用地塞米松阻断 ACTH 及β-内啡肽的释放

发现针效明显减弱;去除垂体针刺镇痛效应消失等

从而认为垂体中的 OLS 和 ACTH 可能是针刺镇痛的中心环节。但还有一些争议存在
