摘要

1980年7月至1987年2月笔者用针刺治疗梅核气23例

均1次获得成功

现报告如下。一般资料:23例中女19例

男4例

年龄40～60岁

病程最短1年

最长9年

一般都呈慢性经过

虽经各种治疗

仍无明显效果。治疗方法:取穴:天突穴。操作:患者正坐位仰头

在胸骨上窝正中取穴。先直刺0.2～0.3寸

然后沿胸骨柄后缘缓慢向下刺入0.5寸

留针20分钟

每5分钟行平补平泻手法1次

以针感气流下行为度。
