摘要

笔者参加了64例晚期血吸虫病肝硬化门脉高压患者在针麻下行脾脏切除术的临床研究

疗效满意

成功率98.43%

优良率84.37%。现总结如下。一般情况64例中男性35例

女性29例;年龄最大66岁

最小17岁

农民占绝大多数;其中有5例
