针刺穴位治疗疾病已有数千年历史。传统的刺激穴位的方法是手捻针。近代又有在穴位上通以电脉冲的方法代替手捻针

治疗疾病时究竟是用电针

还是用手捻针或捻针得气后即留针于穴位上

取决于中医辩证论治的原则。但临床上

上述这三种刺激穴位的方法对同一种疾病似乎皆可采用

甚至用传统的手捻
