内分泌性突眼为甲状腺功能亢进症(简称甲亢)的一种特殊临床表现

仅有少数病人只有突眼而无甲亢的眼部表现

主要为双目突出、眼球酸胀、眼睑肿胀、目赤羞明、多泪、复视等

轻者影响视力

重者可继发角膜溃疡、穿
