摘要

甲状腺癌(以下简称甲癌)根治性手术

我院既往多在全麻或高位硬膜外麻醉下进行。自1975年1月以来

应用针刺麻醉于甲癌根治术129例共134例次。其中男39例

女90例。有男3例

女2例分别作了两次手术

6例同时进行了双侧颈联合根治术。年龄最小18岁

最大72岁。手术时间平均3小时22分

最长1例6小时40分。
