摘要

子宫颈癌放射性直肠炎为患者放疗开始后

射线对直肠粘膜损伤所致。其发生与宫颈癌临床期别关系不大

而与肿瘤局部的变化、个体敏感性以及腔内放疗的技术、放疗剂量等因素有关。国内外资料统计:高线量率腔内照射时

轻度放射性直肠炎为12.5%～34.2%

重度为4.6～8%。严重病例可影响放疗计
