针麻甲状腺手术的效果确切

已有报道。但多为腺瘤、囊肿、癌肿和甲状腺机能亢进手术

而巨大甲状腺肿手术

因其对气管的压迫

出现呼吸困难

手术过程中存在危险

麻醉处理未必简单

能否选针麻仍有争论

我们用针麻施行巨大甲状腺肿20例

现报告如下。
