摘要

本实验室在猫的实验中曾观察到电刺激或以药物兴奋大脑皮层体感Ⅱ区(SⅡ)能抑制多数丘脑中央中核(CM)或束旁核(Pf)神经元的伤害性反应。此结果与电针"足三里"、"环跳"后该二核团神经元的伤害性反应受到抑制的效应很相似

说明大脑皮层参与伤害性传入信息的下行调节。另批实验中观察到针刺穴区对 CM、Pf 神经元的抑制效应与 SⅡ
