摘要

促黑激素(MSH)抑制因子 MIF-1为三肽化合物(Pro-Leu-Gly-NH_2)

它具有抑制大鼠促黑激素释放的作用和其它多种中枢作用。尤其是具有拮抗阿片物质的抗非伤害性刺激作用

因此设想它可能是内源性阿片
