本文目的在于利用脊髓背角神经元对皮肤伤害性刺激引起的诱发反应作为痛反应的客观指标

观察不同穴位、不同电针参数对皮肤疼痛的镇痛效应及防痛效应

试图摸索一些规律

为今后在不同痛证模型上研究取穴规律打个基础

也为临床治疗提供一些参考依据。
