摘要

近年来的大量临床实践和实验研究证实

针刺治疗冠心病心绞痛确有较好疗效。一般取穴多以心包经和心经穴位为主(如内关、间使、通里、神门等)

或以相应的俞募配穴(如心俞、巨阙、厥阴俞、膻中)再辅以其它穴位。其中亦有报道选配三阴交穴或以其作为主穴之一进行治疗。为了比较内关与三阴交在治疗本病中的作用

本文采用无创武心功能测定方法

观察针刺三阴交对冠心病心绞痛病人左心功能的影响

并与针刺内关穴作比较对照。
