我院运用"督脉针刺麻醉法"。共施行各种腹部手术2120例

现总结如下:一、取穴与操作方法上腹部手术取巨厥俞或神道

中、下腹部手术取至阳。盆腔手术至脊中。确定穴位后

按椎管麻醉法穿刺体位

用24号3寸毫针

在棘突间隙中点刺达硬脊膜外腔附近

进针深度成人腰段3～5厘米;胸段4～7厘米。于腰部置一铝板(2×3厘米)
