摘要

妊娠早期(5～10周)

多数孕妇出现食欲减退

清晨呕吐

嗜酸择食等现象

至妊娠10～12周即可消失

一般不影响孕妇健康。但有一部分孕妇呕吐频繁

食入即吐

或不食亦吐

偶尔吐出胆汁或血液

严重时出现脱水、电解质紊乱、酸中毒。病情到此

服药难以接受

常不易奏效。笔者多年来运用针刺治疗此病

疗效满意。
