摘要

从1976年起

曾收治49例外伤性完全性截瘫患者。对收治的患者

采用现代医学为诊断依据

在治疗上以针灸为主

辅以中西药物

并配合患者的功能锻炼

效果颇为满意。一、临床资料(一)一般情况:49例患者中

男45例

女4例。年龄70岁1例

50～69岁2例

30～49岁21例

20～29岁25例。(二)受伤原因:施工塌方19例

摔伤11例

重物砸伤8例

车祸4例

高处坠落7
