我们曾观察到

针刺对肾与腺皮质萎缩、分泌功能低下的模型大鼠的垂直一肾上腺皮质系统有激活作用。本实验试图了解①大剂量注射长效外源性糖皮质激素地塞米松(血浆半衰期大约40小时

生物半衰期大于38小时)引起肾上腺皮质分泌活动的抑制

同时血浆外源性糖友质激素保持在高水平的背景下

针刺对垂体一肾上腺皮质系统的影响。②大剂量的外源性糖皮质激素

对中枢不同脑区内5-HT 系统的影响及其与针刺作用的相互关系。
