摘要

我们在临床治疗哮喘中观察到

针刺鱼际等穴能即刻改善肺功能及生化物质基础的变化

发现针刺该穴不仅具有改善肺通气功能

还能明显影响血浆环磷酸腺甙和皮质醇的水平。为此我们进一步采用急性动物实验

观察针刺鱼际穴对豚鼠哮喘肺脏环核苷酸变化的即时效应

以探讨针刺平喘的机制和作用途径。
