摘要

机体对肿瘤的免疫

主要是由 T 淋巴细胞完成的。机体免疫反应能力的降低

对肿瘤的发生和发展有很大影响。当人患恶性肿瘤时

可见到T淋巴细胞机能和数量均有所下降

其下降程度与病情的轻重有一定的相应关系。因此

测定肿瘤病人 T 淋巴细胞的数量及其功能状态

尤其进行动态观察;对于了解病情和病人免疫状态是很重要的客观指标。
